the view was stunning, but the toilet paper was miles away from the toilet, and hot water? nonexistent for three days. i expected special treatment, but alas, no welcome gift or room upgrade in sight. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. no room for mediocrity.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was unacceptable, with cobwebs present and a dirty floor that detracted from our comfort. the bathroom had a persistent drainage issue that was never resolved, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
